We have a possible leak under the floor in the utility area. We had a damp and musty smell, so removed the carpet floor tiles, to find the concrete was wet. This has now dried out and we have not put back the carpet tiles, and the smell is still there after being left uncovered for a week.

Is there someone who is able to assist us in trying to find out exactly where this smell is coming from?
