We have three small jobs we are looking to have completed:

1) refitting a kitchen cabinet unit – we had a new boiler installed and the unit needs to be adjusted around the new boiler.

2) modifying a fitted kitchen unit to instal a tumble dryer – to include wiring and creating a vent for tumble dryer

3) removing obsolete gravity storage water tank from crawl space to create usable loft area

Budget is for all three items. Budget for just the kitchen units is lower.
