The job requires the following works:

– bathroom boarding and skimming (already cleared and battened ready for board)
– bathroom floor boarded (chipboard)
– bathroom walls plastered
– bathroom tiled (water areas only, tiles already purchased)
– bathroom skirting, architrave and door fitting
– bathroom painting
– sash window beading
– 3 x internal doors and frames fitted
– hall skirting and door stops
– hall tiling (tiles already purchased)
– fitting of secondary glazing on 10 windows (secondary glazing units to be provided)
