Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair a loft hatch and fit a loft ladder.

The loft access is at the top of some stairs and the property is located at Havre Des Pas.
No immediate urgency.

Ideally, it would be possible to open the hatch and bring down the ladder with a hook on a pole.
