1)Build an extension on an existing room at the back of the house to creat a new dinning room. No planning permission has been sourced yet. We are after a quote.

2)Also required is a quote to convert a spare bedroom in to a walkin wardrobe and to extend the existing bathroom en suite at the side of the spare bedroom and to install a new bathroom suite including a jacuzzi bath.

3)To quote for a small replacement stud wall , which has a hole in it.

Not sure if we are required to get an arthitect in to give quotes or a builder.
Following quotes we will seek planning permission.
