The work to be undertaken is in a Kitchen only.

I currently have a built-in washing machine that I would like to replace with a standard washing machine. Unfortunately, the flooring in my kitchen is cut round the feet of the current machine (not resting on the flooring) which is is preventing me from removing the current washing machine.
