We currently have a 6″ block built large single garage (see photo). I will have it demolished and in its place I would like a lean-to shed, the same length as the garage but only 1.65m wide. The remaining footprint of the demolished garage will be left clear to provide two parking spaces.
The party wall which this current garage shares with the neighbour on the left of the photo will remain and a lean to shed using the two end walls of the garage can be used. i.e. three walls of the new shed are already there. The small window to the left of the garage door will remain and where the door is, the new fourth wall will be built parallel to the party wall.

I’m looking for quotes for the block work, the roof, or both.
