I currently have a possible project to change defective unvented HWSS discharge pipework, the current install has the incorrect grade of pipework and as such will need to be removed and new installed in-line with BS 5254 or BS EN 1451, could you initially advise if you are willing to assist if required

The remit is to remove the defective pipework to circa 37 apartments over 4 blocks, my understanding is there are 8No overflow risers serving these apartments, the challenge being access to the pipework as it is towards the rear of the cupboards, it is anticipated that the cylinders may have to come out to facilitate the swap out of the defective for correct pipework

I have attached some photos to help, they show the apartments as a whole and sample discharge pipework within a couple of the apartments

Are you able from the above able to provide a budget figure to undertake the works, I appreciate an in-depth survey will be required should the works proceed
