We have had drawings completed to convert our loft into a master bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. The windows are velux rather than dormer.

It has now gone through the States building regs process.

The property is a new build (Le Grand Clos, opposite the Trinity Arms Pub), just over two years old.

In the grand scheme of things, we don’t think it is a huge job as the loft already has appropriate trusses, electrical wiring, insulation etc. Additionally, the house already has fire doors and mains-connected fire alarms.
