We are looking for quotes for a 2 storey extension to our house. This will involve the demolition of an existing conservatory. The new extension will be for a new kitchen on the ground floor and a bedroom with balcony on first. The new kitchen will not be installed as part of the work.

In addition we also want to add insulated render (100 including insulation boards) to the existing house (excluding the garage). We have already received a quote for this part of the work and will be happy to show this to you if you are interested in doing the other works.

Planning and building permission have been obtained. We have the timber frame design (JECO) and the preliminary copy of the structural foundation drawing.
