Hi, I am looking for someone to remove a part of a concrete wall. The wall is within a garage and forms a shelf/ledge within the garage which I would like removed / dug out. Its about 4.5-5.Ft tall x 1.5ft wide and adjoins the outer wall the length is about 15ft however if its not possible to dig the wall out then I would like at least part of it removed so the car door can open easier.

I have been advised that before doing any work to this area or trying to remove it, it is very important to get a structural engineer or similar to look at it to confirm the removal will not affect the structural integrity as it could of course in some way affect the stability of the other 3 garages that are there.

The garage is located in Cleveland Road in town.
