I have a flat and looking for a couple of jobs to be done, nothing too complicated but I can’t do them, so looking for someone:

– to install a new heated electric towel rail in the bathroom
– possibly install a plinth / kickboard heater in the kitchen if one can be done
– install spotlights in the lounge
– replace two wall sockets
