We are seeking the install of a new W/C Toilet, and Sink unit in the warehouse, along with flooring and tiling.

– The works have received approval from Building Regulations Dept. and is ready to go.
– The room simply needs to be cleared, and electrical sockets safely terminated; retaining the light
– Installation of mechanical ventilation fan which will connect up to ductwork in ceiling which is adjacent to toilet next door
– Plumbing connects to source/soil piperwork which is adjacent to toilet next door
