I need my flat clearing inclusive of what is in the loft space so the builders can start work.

the property has been unoccupied for approx 10years and all the contents needs removing and either dumping or if someone wants it, they can take it to sell or auction. I don’t need to keep any of the contents.

there are kitchen appliances for dumping, dishes and cooking paraphernalia. books and shelves a table and chairs. a cross trainer. DVD’s CD’s. ornaments etc. in the loft space are dinner sets, clothing and general bric a brac all of which needs to be removed

I cannot move all the items outside and so the interested persons would need to access the property to take all the items. the property is unoccupied and the property will be left unlocked on the date of the proposed works to allow for access without breaching any Covid rules.
