Poor customer service....they said they would give me a quote if I sent them pictures of my door that needed work doing. It wasn't a complex job. Despite me sending a further email and trying to contact them by telephone - they did not reply. Obviously did not want the job. That is fine but very rude not to respond to me. Unlikely to contact them again if I need other work doing
