We have a toilet that is leaking into the bowl.
The leak is coming from the flush mechanism as I’ve stopped the cistern filling and once the water had gone emptied out the toilet bowl has kept the same amount of water in it.

As soon as you turn the water back on it starts running into the toilet bowl and not filling the cistern up.
